Public Health Services include:

The Health Department offers a Fluoride Supplement Program. The dose for each child is determined by the level of naturally occurring fluoride in the well water of his/her home and the child's age. Water test kits are provided by the Health Department with complete instructions for the water sample collection and submission. Families, who can afford to, pay $5.00 for mailing and handlings of a three month supply are asked to do so. Anyone in need of additional information or an application for the program should call the Health Department.
