Program/Service Notes:
The Faith In Action Program provides assistance to persons in need of connecting to volunteers from their church. With services such as friendly visits, transportation and yard work or handy person assistance, this program is partnered with the volunteer Parish Nurse Resource Center.
This ecumenical partnership exists to promote the physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being of participating congregations and the greater community.
Faith In Action is non-denominational and there is no charge for services.
This is a unique collaboration between Sacred Heart-Saint Mary's Hospitals, Inc. and local congregations.
