The mission of MedicAlert is to protect and save lives by providing identification and information in emergencies. The Medic Alert emblem alerts responders to a member's medical condition or conditions and prompts their call to the MedicAlert 24-Hour emergency response center.

The enrollment fee includes establishment of a member's MedicAlert Electronic Health Record, a MedicAlert Emergency Member Card with the member's emergency information imprinted, secure online access to the member's records and the MedicAlert Emergency Response Center on call 24-hors a day, 7 days a week. Price for emblems start at $9.95 for stainless steel; prices vary for all all other emblems. Visit www.medialert.org and click on the Products tab to view other styles. Annual renew is $25 with all member Benefits. This includes unlimited updates to a member's record, MedicAlert Emergency Member Card, and all the benefits of 24-hour emergency response service.
