The National Stutterers' Hotline - (1-800-221-2483) is a toll-free number available in all 50 states and Canada. Any question on any subject related to stuttering (causation, research, treatment, or training) can be put to trained counselors who are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
