Program/Service Notes:
Easter Seals FARM (Farm Assessment Rehabilitation Methods) program helps farmers with disabilities to continue farming. The Easter Seals FARM Program helps farmers stay where they want to be - on the farm. Easter Seals FARM program staff can visit the farm, walk through it with the farmer, and identify tasks that are hard to do because of the disability.

Resource Center for Farmers with Disabilities, Paul Leverenz, Director: Provides on-site farm assessments, technical modifications to facilities and equipment and referral to funding sources to enable farmers with disabilities to continue to farm. No fee. All disabilities including back injury, arthritis, amputations, respiratory ailments, etc.
