Occupational Therapy (OT) is a rehabilitation science that intentionally uses activity as a therapeutic agent. OT helps a person adapt to their environment or adapts the environment to the individual for the purpose of achieving the best possible performance in all activities of daily living. Effective solutions are generated to functional problems that also regard individual strengths, values, and interests. OT will benefit those of all ages, whether in group or individually.
Services are covered by Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and most private insurance with a prescription from your doctor.
