Program/Service Notes:
The physical medicine team offers care for sports and work-related injuries, acute and chronic pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and more. A wide range of rehabilitative services are provided including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
