Program/Service Notes:
The Caregiver Support Program offers respite care including five basic services for family caregivers.
· Information to caregivers about available services.
· Assistance to caregivers in gaining access to supportive services.
· Individual counseling, support groups, and caregiver training to assist caregivers in making decisions and solving problems relating to their roles.
· Respite care to temporarily relieve caregivers from their responsibilities.
· Supplemental services, on a limited basis, to complement the care provided by caregivers.

Home Support
Our newest program, linking caregivers with private duty workers who can provide personal care, companionship, medication management, transportation, housekeeping, etc. We can also link you with private agencies that place workers in the home.
