Program/Service Notes:
A community based residential facility (CBRF), licensed by the State of Wisconsin. The Alice Haus is a family owned facility, owned and administrated by a Register Nurse (RN) with 38 years care giving experience. Handicap Accessible Facilities. Trained caring staff provides for ALL Activities of Daily Living, including; medication management, blood glucose monitoring, and insulin injections. Hospice care and respite care available.
