Service Area: Locally - Forest, Oneida and Vilas Counties. Additionally, the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council provides services to Native Americans in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota.

Program/Service Notes:
The Contract Health Service Program provides training and technical assistance to Wisconsin tribal CHS Administrators, tribal staff, medical providers, and individuals regarding interpretations of the Federal rules and regulations. Quarterly meetings, workshops, and site visits are made to ensure a coordinated ad comprehensive health care program.
