Program/Service Notes:
The Sokaogon Chippewa Health Clinic serves Sokaogon Chippewa - Mole Lake Natives employees and their families.

A Physicians Assistant is on staff daily. MD is here every Thursday and 1st and 3rd Friday. Mental Health available Tuesday and Thursday.

Nursing staff and support staff are available daily from 8 am - 4:30 pm for Honoring Our Children, Rural Infant Health Services, Diabetes Care, WIC, and Medicaid/Medicare assistance.
