Assists couples in doing their own divorce when there is mutual consent and able to work out their own settlement agreement, property division, child placement (custody) and child support. Agency does not represent either party in this process.
Will walk couples through divorce procedure, step-by-step, and provide and type all required forms from petition to findings of fact and judgement with the information provided by couple.
