Program/Service Notes:
Angel Flight provides transportation for medical, compassion or community service in non-emergency situations. Volunteer pilots donate their time and pay all flight expenses to assist children and adults who cannot afford another means of long distance transportation. Our mission is to help ordinary people dealing with extraordinary circumstances, so there must be a legitimate medical or compassionate reason Angel Flight's service is being requested and is necessary.
To qualify for an ANGEL FLIGHT passengers must have financial need, be able to fly in a non-pressurized aircraft, be ambulatory and sit upright in a standard aircraft seat, be responsible for their own medications, not have a communicable disease, provide FAA-approved supplemental oxygen and medical assistance (if required), sign a liability release form, provide own transportation to and from airport if ground transportation volunteers (Earth Angel's) are unavailable.
