Program/Service Notes:
The warm, friendly environment of the hospice home provides 24 hour care by Certified Nursing Aides or Licensed Practical Nurses and specially trained volunteers, supervised by a Registered Nurse. Hospice care is given just as it would be in the patient's own home, addressing medical, emotional and spiritual needs with the expertise of the entire interdisciplinary hospice team. Family and friends are encouraged to visit, and arrangements can be made for overnight stays and support throughout the patient's stay.
