Program/Service Notes:
The CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program assists with repairs to City homes occupied by low- to moderate-income (LMI) owner or renters. The LMI limits are set by the State of Wisconsin, and are normally adjusted on an annual basis. The current income limits are as follows:
