Program/Service Notes:
The Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc., is a prepaid health program with primary care delivered through contracts with local providers. The center serves a predominately rural, low-income population, infant through adult. In addition to providing comprehensive primary care services, a variety of special services are also available. These include Health Promotion (tobacco cessation, injury prevention, etc.), Health Education for Adolescents, Diabetes Care, Immunization, Medicaid Outstationing, WIC, and Reach Out and Read.
