Program/Service Notes:
A 10-bed acute care unit for adults and adolescents experiencing a broad spectrum of emotional and mental disorders. Patients are admitted to our program when a serious psychological or situational crisis occurs and they are no longer able to cope. Our patients learn how to maintain, restore or increase skills to resume optimum health and function more effectively within their families and social context. Our inpatient mental health unit offers assessment, therapy, and medication in a supportive, caring environment.
