Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Lifeline emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.
Eligibility: Older adults and those with chronic medical conditions and disabilities wishing to remain at home.

Service Area: Forest, Oneida and Vilas Counties.

Program/Service Notes:
Lifeline is a personal emergency response system that enables the elderly or people with chronic illnesses or disabilties to continue to live in their homes. Subscribers to the system wear a personal help button either around the neck or on the wrist. The help button activates a small in-home unit which dials the Lifeline Response Center. If assistance is needed, a Lifeline employee will summon the help; be it an ambulance, fire department or a neighbor.
