The City Clerk/Treasurer’s office is the legal custodian of the city’s official records. It serves as a public information center. The office is responsible for the administration of elections, legal notification to the public, the issuance of licenses and permits, the preparation of the official minutes and agendas for Council, manager of all city insurance’s, manager of personnel records, CDL records, safety polices, etc.
