Eligibility: Anyone is eligible for private pay services.
Fees: Billing provided for private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and private pay. Private pay: 1-2 hours: $19.00 Hr.; 2-3 hours: $18.75 Hr.; 3+hours.; $18.50 Hr. Prices vary for cosmetology, message therapy and travel companion services.
Intake Process: Referral.
Service Area: Adams, Clark, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Menominee, Oneida, Portage, Price, Shawano, Taylor, and Wood counties.

Program/Service Notes:
Provides cosmetology and massage therapy delivered to your home. Also provides travel companion for rides to the doctor, other cities as well as companions on flights.
