Program/Service Notes:
Since 1993, Camp Heartland has provided summer camp experiences to almost 6,000 children impacted by HIV/AIDS. Through the inception of more campsites and programs, we are hoping to provide this opportunity to more children each year.
Campers come, free of charge, from all over the country to attend programs at our three sites. As Camp Heartland has grown, we have developed our Heartland Partners program to team up with organizations to reach out to different groups of children facing hardships in order to provide them with a fun and rewarding camp experience. Camp Heartland is a national non-profit organization
dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth and their families
facing HIV/AIDS, poverty, grief and other painful life challenges.
