Road tests:
Appointments fill up quickly. The system indicates "no appointments available" when all appointments are filled. New appointments are added throughout the week so you may want to visit the Web site often.
Road tests are sometimes scheduled outside of normal business hours.
If you are a new resident of Wisconsin or do not have a Social Security number, you will need to go to a DMV service center to start the application process. Applications received on or after April 1, 2007 must include satisfactory proof of U.S. citizenship or legal presence in the country.
