Program/Service Notes:
F.R.A.S. has been serving Oneida County area animals for 25 years. Spay/neuter assistance program for qualified low-income. Pet food available in emergency situations. Rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of special needs animals as space permits.
F.R.A.S. is no longer connected to the Rhinelander City Animal Shelter.
The program is focused on community outreach, and is supported by our aluminum can collection at outdoor recycling (located next to the Armory in Rhinelander).
We also participate in the Parina Weight Circle Program and welcome any donations.
