Notice of Program
Ending
We regret to inform you that the funding cycle for the
Northwoods Alliance for Children and Families
program has ended. They have provided services to the three counties
of Vilas, Forest and Oneida and the three tribal communities of Lac
Du Flambeau, Sokaogan
Chippewa and Forest County Potawatomi, for
the past 6 years.
The project served children by facilitating team planning and assisting
in the coordination of services and was funded through a grant from
the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA), in
cooperation with other local and state resources.
